2018 Annual IAEAPE Conference Exhibitor Guidelines and Requirements / Registration Form

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Exhibit tables will be arranged in a designated Pre-Function area just outside the seminar room along with the conference registration table.  Attendees will pass through this area at the beginning and end of the day and during the breaks. 

The conference is spread over three days – Two full days and one half day.  The exact times have yet to be determined.  The proposed schedule is as follows:

Monday, October 8 – Full Day – Breakfast before 9 am opening remarks by the IAEAPE President, followed by two presentations.  After lunch, there will be a keynote address and an additional presentation.  There will be a 15 minute breaks between each of presentations which will conclude at 4:30 pm.  Attendees will then attend a reception. 

Tuesday, October 9 – Full Day - Breakfast and the first presentation will begin at 8:30 am.  There will be lunch and a business meeting beginning at 12:30 pm, and the final presentation will end at 4:30 pm. 

Wednesday, October 10 – Half Day - Breakfast and the first presentation begin at 8:30 am.  There will be a 15 minutes break before the second presentation at 10:00 am and our programming will end by 12:00 noon.

The finalized version of the program schedule with exact times will be sent to all exhibitors as soon as it is completed.


Costs and Guidelines:

Each table is 6 feet in length and can have up to two chairs.   Costs are as follows:

$300.00                 Table for one full day (10/08, or 10/09)

$400.00                 Table for one full day (10/08, or 10/09) and one half day (10/10)

$450.00                 Table for two full days (10/08, & 10/09)

$500.00                 Table for two full days (10/08, & 10/09) and one half day (10/10)


  • Exhibitors can set up their tables before the conference begins each day and remain until all the attendees have departed each day.
  • All Exhibitors are responsible for their own property and populating their own tables.
  • All Exhibitors are responsible for travel, hotel reservations and business office expense.
  • No Exhibitor will be allowed to exhibit, sell or distribute any materials without the purchase of an exhibit table.
